When you switch to a vegan diet, you will have to eliminate all sort of animal-based food products from your meal plans which includes meat, beef, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, and other dairy products. Some people may also choose to exclude honey.

Vegan diets are gaining popularity as many Instagram influencers, media personalities as well as celebrities are endorsing them. And most of them claim that it helps them stay in shape, but the prime focus is an ethical choice in deciding not to harm animals for food.
